The hoidays are good for bringing out the charitable heart, but what we uncovered at a recent KIDS FOR COAT Charity give away in Fort Worth (December 18 & 19, 2010) hosted by Bishop F.R. Mays was down right shameful.
After advertising that everyone in need would get help as long as the child is present the charity workers denied child after child after pre-judging their STATUS OF NEED by "looking at charity recipient" with their untrained assessing eye.
If you came in rags - they helped. If you were fully dressed because it was cold outside...YOU GOT NOTHING. This was the charity givers measure of rule.
