A student begins the application process by selecting the *Apply Now!* button. An account must be created with name, address, and email information. The student will be assigned a user ID and password, which will be required to log in, as often as needed, to complete the application.
Once the account is created, the student can launch the online application. At the initial launch, the student must answer six questions in the *Check Your Eligibility* section.
Eligible students may then proceed to the application, which consists of the sections listed below and must be submitted by February 9, 2011, before 5:00 p.m., central time:
Students have from December 1 to February 9, 2011, to complete all application sections. The*Logout* button saves the data, and students can log back in to relaunch the application and continue working as many times as necessary through February 9.
