Yes, yes, and hell yes...Especially Blacks!!! I really don't think no other race in the history of the world has been more persecuted...not even Jews. God bless the holocaust victims and their families. We don't even know how many Africans died on their way over to be slaves in the first place, and lets not forget that the slave trade was a prosperous business for well over 200 years and it still took over 100 years AFTER the civil war to get the freedoms that we have now and that is not sayin' a whole lot considering that we are still most likely to get pulled over, accused of and sent to prison for bullshit!!!
It was only less then 10 years ago a black man was dragged behind a pick-up truck with 3 white men in the cab...and also a black man was shot to death sittin' on his truck with his white friends drinkin' beer by a white man that admitted to killing him only because he was black(This happened in the very city that I live in now!) I won't even mention Rodney King(you saw the tape...and you know the verdict that the white cops got)
I will get off my soap box after I mention the fact that currently over 3,500,000(thats 3.5 million) people have died in Dafur Africa alone in the last 3 to 4 years(I think the Jews lost a little over 1 million...God bless their souls)

yes i believe we do im a grown black man and i believe that we are the only race who can be vocal about racism, i think other races are just jumping on the bandwagon. we have put up with it for so long that we have to say something

I've seen a lot of different types of racism and I've seen the race card used in good and bad ways. For a "white" person to talk about racism is kinda hard since you dont find too much racism directed at the "whites". But being that Im not "white", Im "PEACH", I dont like racism at all but I have to deal with it because I have mixed children! Ive seen the mis-use of the race card for self gain and then I have seen the times when it could and should have been used. As far as voicing opinions at council meetings..its not about race...its about money!!! Politics is always about the money and believe me if you have some poor "white" folks in your hood, their opionion wont count either!! Growing up in N Dakota the racism was directed at the American Indians. But there was a man from one of the reservations that rose above the racism with hard work and it made him wealthy and his grandkids wealthy. The best way to beat it is to get an education and work hard and rise above the system so you can have the money it takes to control the things around you. This man built an empire from the ground up. He owned Poitra Construction, Poitra Lumber and Poitra Ready Mix. and sold the later one to a relative of mine for a very very nice bit of change!! And believe me if he wanted something done it would happen...he even got presidential recognition in DC for his achievements. And if you want to see the "hood", go to a reservation sometime and see the conditions there..makes some of the hoods in the cities look pretty darn good but if they needed something done Mr Poitra could get it done! So as far as leeway and being vocal? To me, if there is a legitimate reason for it to be said then so be it, but dont use the race card just to throw it around. Again..EDUCATION is the key!

hell no it's depends on which minority of the majority of race we are speaking about these days I believe there is no freedom of speech this woorld is doomed. NO way america doesn't want to hear anything that is right TRY voiceing your opinion in the hood at a council meeting the whiteness always win unless you have established proof
